The Challenge

Implementing NetCrunch was preceded by several trial runs using open source network monitoring solutions. However, it was taking too much time to customize such software. In result, Plus Verkot Oy decided to go for the commercial solution, and the AdRem’s software was selected a few years ago.

About Plus Verkot

Plus Verkot Oy is a Finnish ICT support, SaaS and hosting services provider. The company uses NetCrunch to monitor both internal and external infrastructure. The internal infrastructure consists of 20 workstations, 40 physical and virtual servers in the datacenter, on the clients’ sites the company supports about 500 workstations, 50 servers and active equipment. Prime administrators’ task is to monitor servers and network connections as well as network services running on them.
